    Owner authenticator (2FA)

    We protect the owner account with an authenticator app on your phone — not SMS. That keeps the account and patient data safe even if someone learns the password. Required only for the owner; doctors and reception do not need it.

    • 1Have your phone ready and a free app (e.g. Google or Microsoft Authenticator)
    • 2After first sign-in you scan a QR and enter a 6-digit code (~30 s)
    • 3Only then do you reach onboarding and clinic setup
